This means that there are no physical copies delivered via postal mail for non-exclusive rights licenses. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email containing the download links for your chosen products.

In some cases, emails from us may be filtered out by your email provider, so it's important to check these folders as well. To avoid any issues, please do not block pop-up windows in your browser or links in your email provider/software.
Accessing Download Links: If you encounter unclickable links in the email, simply copy and paste the link(s) into your browser's address bar. If you experience difficulties accessing the download links, we recommend trying a different browser or computer/device. Please note that mobile phones and devices may not be suitable for downloading and saving files, so it is recommended to use a desktop computer such as a PC, Mac, Laptop, or Macbook for a smooth download process.
Delivery Time: Once your payment is successfully processed, you can expect to receive the email with the download links within a few minutes. In rare cases, it may take slightly longer due to technical issues or high order volumes. For most custom products, the delivery time will be between 24 and 48 business hours. Additionally, some of our services are available for immediate download. Please note that the delivery time will be provided with all products.

Please note that if you wish to request an urgent service, you must contact us first to confirm our availability, as we are located in Europe. If we are available, you can place your order and select from the following delivery time options: 16 hours, 12 hours, 6 hours, or 3 hours.
