Custom Designs: For products that require custom design work, such as personalized logo designs and children's birthday party invitations, please follow these steps:
- During the ordering process, provide your desired text (up to 2 words) in the comment box.
- If you prefer the Vector Format (SVG, PDF, or AI), please select the desired format from the available options. Please note that additional charges apply for the vector file or source file of your custom logo.
- After purchase, our team will begin working on your design. The standard delivery time for custom designs is between 24 and 48 business hours. If you require faster delivery, rush services are available at an additional cost. For more information, please contact us directly.
WHAT YOU GET:
Upon purchase, you will receive a fully personalized logo in PNG digital format with a transparent background. The logo will be delivered to you as a high-resolution file at 300 DPI, ensuring excellent quality. If you ordered a direct download product, you can access the digital files immediately after purchase. For custom designs, you will receive an email notification with instructions to download the finalized design once it is ready.
RUSH SERVICES:
- Availability Confirmation: If you require urgent service, please contact us first to confirm our availability.
- Rush Delivery Options: If we are available, you can select rush delivery options with turnaround times of 16, 12, 6, or 3 hours. Additional charges will apply for rush services.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
Please note that due to the nature of our products being digital files, we do not offer refunds or returns. Once the purchase is made and the files are downloaded, we cannot retract the product.
